The Shades challenges consist of four levels: Easy, Difficult, Epic, Legendary. Each level differs in access time, difficulty, opponent and, of course, reward. The mode opens after passing Chapter 3 of the first act.
After the victory of the Shadow over the Titan, rumors spread around the world that the Shadow is no longer the same, and therefore many want to challenge him. There are rivals, both serious and weak (however, the gameplay player will already fight with familiar characters passed in the game). This is how Sensei introduced the player to the mode.
Mechanics[]
Before any test, you are given three Shades to choose. The fight consists of 2-3 rounds depending on the level of the fight. If a player is defeated, he is given an unlimited number of revivals for watching an advertisement or a special resource; with each such revival, the player is given another Shade to choose and the duel begins a round before the previous defeat. If the player loses and does not resurrect, then no reward is credited and you will have to wait for the next match to be unlocked. The fight can be either without conditions or with them.
The entrance to the battle is free and does not require energy. Bonus reward for advertising when winning X2

Battle conditions[]
The conditions may not be in every match.
Storm Tag. Upon successful hit, an electric charge is applied to the opponent, which after a while will cause a lightning strike if he cannot transfer this charge to the opponent with the same successful blow.
Crimson Curse. There is an icon with an active timer under the health indicator. Every 5-6 seconds, both opponents receive enough damage.
Momentum. Each opponent has two successful strikes in reserve, after which the next one will be charged with momentum. A pulse strike pierces a block, is able to throw it back a long distance and causes significant additional damage if the opponent thrown by such a blow hits the wall. After using the pulse, the cycle repeats.
Healing Field. Every few seconds, a field appears in the ring in a random place, which heals both the player and the opponent.
All-In. The player and the opponent fight without a block.
Some facts[]
Active trials can have the same opponent at the same time. There have been cases when the opponent of a Legendary and Epic Duel was simultaneously a Lynx; or a ninja Bastion with clubs in Easy and Difficult duels.
