The King of Bones

The King of Bones is the name of a side event in Shadow Fight 3. This fight was available alongside the Wheel of History event and Sergeant Heim side event.

Sven comes and states that the Northerners who attacked the Legion capital were not his people. He says that there was one person whom the Children of Fire feared above all others; the King of the Legion, though he is no longer alive. But the Wheel of Time in the throne room is bound to his soul, and he cannot find peace until the Legion is united.

Fight Info[]

The player will face the King of the Legion individually in this fight. The player only has one round to defeat the King, but he is capable of regenerating all his health thrice when the player deals a fatal blow to him, and with each recovery, he becomes more and more dangerous.

In order to enter this fight, the player requires 100 bone tokens as an entry fee. These tokens are obtainable from Sergeant Heim event fights.

Ancient Overlord

Move	Description
-	Afterlife Strike - King's weapon attack has 10% chance to gain 1 stack of Soul and break player's block. This Soul can increase the damage of Soul Unison.
	Lord of the Undead - When the King's health is below 5% and about to lose, he enters shadow form and stabs his sword into the floor. When this happens, souls will attract the player toward the sword while dealing continuous damage. After the King of the Legion regenerates his full health, it unleashes an explosion that blows away the player and deals massive damage to them. If the explosion manages to defeat the player, they will lose the fight. The explosion, however, does not have a large radius and can be dodged by repeatedly sidestepping backward and rolling. The King uses this ability three times. Nightmare - After the explosion, the King of the Legion raises his sword and gets back to his fighting stance, as his sword glows. His sword attacks now deal shadow damage and ignore more defense the less stability the player has. Remorseless Dominion - After the explosion, the back of King's armor glows, activating Shadow Onslaught ability. The King is able to use Choke and Collector abilities after this phase. Promised Power - After the explosion, the King removes his mask and crushes it with his hands, revealing his pale, zombie-like face, and now his crown glows. He gets back to his fighting stance after that. The King will be defeated after depleting his health bar this time. The King is able to do Ram and Rift shadow abilities after this phase.
	Call of the Afterlife - After the 2nd Incarnation, The King is able to dash toward the player with his sword attacks. This allows the King to close gaps quickly while attacking at the same time, making it easier for him to catch the player off guard, and the King can easily interrupt the player's attack.
	Sorrowful Shiver - Stabs his sword into the ground, creating a wide ground-based shockwave. The King is able to use this attack after the first Incarnation.
	Soul Unison - Raises his sword to summon incursion of souls that smite down upon the enemy. The King is able to use this attack after the second Incarnation.
	Invoking the Dreadwhere - King of the Legion performs this winning stance after he wins the fight.

Trivia[]

In a dialogue, even though the player turns on the hide helm option, the King will still say the same dialogue "This mask... are you a demon or just a fool?" when using the Destroyer of Epochs set. This is because the Hide Helm feature acts in a way similar to visual aesthetics such as Skins and Dyes, and thus is merely a visual effect.
If observed closely, the player loses health when the King uses the Lord of the Undead Ability.
