Spring of Hearts

Spring of Hearts is the name of a special event in Shadow Fight 3, available exclusively during the International Women's Day.

Fangirl invites the player to celebrate the Spring of Hearts holiday, alongside with June, Kibo, Greta, Kitsune-1, Helga and Void Speaker (Yukka in her absence). Once a year, Northern girls gather to tell each other about the women they hold in their hearts, the heroines who inspire them.

Disclaimer: This event undergoes several story changes with each run. The stories and gallery shown below may differ from what is currently in the game. However, the event structure, gameplay and the rewards are still the same.

Fights[]

Stage 1: Test of Purity[]

According to Fangirl, the Northerners want to test their intentions' purity, and if their hearts are pure, they will be given the chance to celebrate the Spring of Hearts.

    • Competition (Successful hits on the player or the opponent add points to the opponent or the player. The player wins if they have more points than the opponent after the 45 seconds timer expires, and vice versa.)
    • Life Fountain (Your enemy can replenish health in the zone specified.)
    • Legendary Fighter (Equipment rarity and power doesn't affect the fight's difficulty.)

Inspirations[]

After the challenge, the Northerners see that their intentions are pure. Now, the Northern magic will let them witness their Heroines, and even fight them.

Stage 2: Compassionate Practitioner[]

Ishtar, the Void Speaker then tells her story about her heroine. She first says that she herself is a telepath and that her freedom was taken away from her. She was kidnapped and taken as a subject for shadow experiments. One day, she could not sleep and cried for help, and that was when her heroine appeared.

Indigo asks Ishtar if she minds telling her story first since she wanted to tell something about someone. The Void Speaker tells them that she never met her heroine in person, though she learned a lot about Nonna, a woman who ruled the North and had to endure a lot of hardships along with her people. All the Northerners are loyal to her; even after her death, she became the most respected person in the North. Indigo wonders why her ideals had become trivial since Nonna could not even be compared to her idol.

After defeating her heroine, she says that the Mysterious Guest is in danger. Now, the Void Speaker will find her and repay her kindness. (First Release)

After defeating Indigo, June tries to confirm that Indigo's idol is actually herself. Indigo answers positive. (Second release)

Stage 2: Yukka's Past[]

Yukka says that the woman who motivated her was herself from the past. Yukka then talks about her past where bandits came to plunder her village and that time, Yukka is just a girl. She was about to hand over her belongings until she saw one of the bandits kicking a sleeping kitten, which made her angry. Yukka then took a knife and rushed at the bandits.

Yukka says that she would never been able to deal with all the bandits alone, but the villagers who saw her helped her and together, they managed to drive the bandits from the village. Greta asks if the kitten is Shade, to which Yukka replies that it is not and says that she found Shade later.

Stage 3: Abdicator Apostate[]

It is Helga's turn to tell her story about her heroine. She starts telling them by saying that she wants to be friends who will set her heart on fire. She adds that she would give everything she has to meet her heroine, Stephany, the lion tamer. Kibo wishes to be able to tame lions and set them loose on her enemies, but Helga responds that Stephany didn't command lions. She's just so modest and kind that even lions can see her Light and will not harm her.

Stephany has a chance to smite Helga with a light ray by inflicting a critical hit to her.

After defeating her heroine, she said that she was always fascinated by the legends about Stephany, and that Helga wants to be like her someday.

Stage 4: Bot Hunter[]

Now, Kitsune-1 tells everyone who inspires her. She shouts Proxy after Fangirl asks her, although Kitsune does not mean to embarrass them. She thinks that her heroine is Master Sakura, the very-first shadow bot creator.

After defeating her heroine, she tells everyone that Master Sakura funded everything for her research, and it is all thanks to her that Kitsune is talking to everyone.

Stage 5: Dynasty Princess[]

Now, it was Kibo's turn, but she did not want to tell stories, since she just met the group. Therefore, June takes the floor. Lotus, the "male" writer made very interesting stories. June doubts that Lotus is famous in the Legion too. She also reveals that Lotus is only her male pen name.

After defeating her heroine, she tells everyone that Lotus did not reveal her real name, since "Lotus" does not want unnecessary attention, and she wants to travel unrecognized and meet other people. She also adds that her mother was fond of her works and that reading Lotus' books will let her feel to be closer to her.

Stage 6: Big Sister[]

It is Greta's turn to tell stories. She first tells her story about her mother. After that, she tells everyone that her younger brother did not know the identity of his mother since her father kept it a secret. She also revealed that Gizmo was just taken as a baby and that his mother was probably a commoner. Not longer after that, they found out that Greta's mom is sick.

After defeating her heroine, Greta tells everyone that after the Princess died, she was called by her and said her last words "I can't take care of Gregor in time". Gizmo's dad called him "Gregor", though he hates it because it makes him ashamed. Losing Greta's mother made her see Gizmo in a different perspective. He despised his father, so Greta swore to be the only family he needs.

Stage 7: Best Student[]

Lastly, Kibo was again, given the chance to tell stories about her heroine. At first, she wondered why rich women had many problems. June says that Kibo is an orphan, but Kibo does not care, as she is her own family. June calls Kibo a liar, as she knew Kibo is inspired by one person and that she has a statue portraying May.

After defeating her heroine, Kitsune tells everyone how she knew who May is. She also added that Mistress May inspires not only Kibo, but many people around the world. Kibo replies that she only liked May because of her dragonfly pendant, and she looks determined. Kitsune responds, saying that without May, there would be no Heralds. Helga doubted Kitsune, since May is a revered saint in the Legion.

Stage 8: Surprise Attack[]

After their storytelling about their Heroines, various Herald Assassins have surrounded them. Uninvited guests have come to their feast.

After defeating the Assassins, Fangirl was shocked to see the same assassin who she met previously. Lynx, who asked if they are having a goodbye party, and that Fangirl should prepare to die.

Stage 9: Last Hunt[]

The Spring of Hearts turned into an assassination, but the players will prevent it from happening. Lynx, again mistakenly said that Fangirl is old. Ishtar tells them that Lynx is one of the Shadow Demons, and he is known for issues. Helga says that no Shadow Demon can defeat the Light. Kitsune tells everyone that they should teach him a lesson for hurting Fangirl's feelings.

Indigo asks them how they managed to cross Lynx, since she also heard that someone had stolen his mirror. Fangirl tells her that she has no idea, and Indigo says that Lynx will not calm down until he gets his mirror back. June recognizes Lynx in a better attire, to which she asks Indigo help them get rid of him. She insists, since she has her own dealings with the demons, that she will not sacrifice them for their squabbles.

After the battle, Widow appears and asks them if they are celebrating the Spring of Hearts since she loves northern traditions. Kibo then asks her if she just came there to help her "brother-in-horns", to which she answers that she is there to observe her work in action since she improved Lynx's attire. Indigo, though impressed by her work, says that she will not want something like that. Widow tried to promote her "business" by asking them to go to the Silk Emperor shop to pick an outfit for the Worldbender, and then excused herself since she has more businesses to attend to. She reminds them to be more wise after hearing their stories.
