Scavengers replace Fighters in Act VII: Chapter 3 Spaceship Challenge.
They are mysterious creatures that were imprisoned and used as test subjects by Titan. They are able to smell Shadow Energy and are attracted to it. They helped Titan identify Shadow from his disguise due to this ability.
