Lieutenant Seigfried is a character who appears during Marcus's Plane in Shadow Fight 3. He was also the Greta's boyfriend.
Story[]
While searching Lieutenant Siegfried, Greta, Sarge, Gizmo and the player go to the Lieutenant's camp. Greta asks Liquidator Jane for Siegfried but she suddenly attacks Greta and the player fights her. With the help of Tarlan's Chai or Shibata's Tranquilizer, the player manages to defeat her but suddenly in the second round, she transforms into a shadow beast. She loses the ripping kit and has abilities like Emperor's shadow beast. After defeating her, the Crimson Army becomes aware of the rise of Lieutenant Siegfried. Greta suggests to check his camp first, but Gizmo becomes afraid and tells it is not safe as Siegfried would have been a beast. Gizmo suggests that they should instead investigate Lieutenant's camp first. Sarge becomes confused and does not know where to go first. When the army investigates the camp, they find a nomad who refuses to tell anything. After defeating him, he said that the shadows were howling over the steppe and he came to help but they captured him as he knew their secret. The Great Shadows got their hands on these Liquidators and all of them turned into Shadow Beasts. Then Greta tells that the Nomad was telling the truth. She got a letter from Siegfried and read that they belong to Shadows. He knew what will wait for them at the Fortress and he will protect the people there and asked for forgiveness. Greta then tells that the Lieutenant needs to be stopped as he wanted to make all his people Shadow Beasts. Then the Crimson Army visits Lieutenant's Camp again. They saw another person. Sarge asks whether he was also a Shadow Liquidator. Greta corrects him and says that he was an Angel of The Shadows. The Angel of The Shadows said that there were more Legionaries and Master would be happy. Greta begs him to tell where Lieutenant was and where were the Liquidators. The Scourge tells that all servants are Master's slave and asks them to obey. He is also in permanent in shadow form and looks like Shadow Itu. After defeating him Sarge says that he was fully made up of Shadow and was infected. Gizmo says that he was the one who drove away the Liquidators and the problem is solved but Greta said that it is not over yet - something was coming. Lieutenant would be satisfied only when the people in the form of shadow beasts come to the bamboo forest.
Now they reach the bamboo forest and meet Lieutenant. He says four humans and orders to go away. Master was calling. Greta asks Siegfried for forgiveness and says that Immortals will purify him. She could not break the law. Lieutenant said that it was okay. He was the end. He says back off or death. He then says Greta and stammered while saying Immortals. Greta asked what. He then says that Immortals go to hell.

Being cursed by The Master, The Lieutenant Siegfried has immense strength. He has many abilities. His major ability is Shadow Liquidator. In this, when his shadow bar is full, he makes a powerful blast which can deal damage according to player's stability. The shadow bar regenerates automatically according to stability. During this state, he is invincible. Also, when he loses, he gains temporary invincibility and after that, he again makes an explosion and disappears. If players lose their full health during blast after defeating Lieutenant, it would be also counted as a loss. Besides this, he has other shadow abilities which are Tornado, Dash and Spikes. They deal damage according to player's stability due to Fragile Descendant rule. He has 2 special attacks. One is the legendary move of Two-handed Sabers and the other is a unique move which can deplete the player's shadow bar if it is successfully landed. Despite all this, the player manages to beat Siegfried.
Trivia[]
- Lieutenant is a position in army which is above second lieutenant and below captain.
- The special attack of Seigfried, in which he destroys the players' shadow bar bears a resemblance to the special attack of Kate, the Liquidator. Furthermore, it is revealed in Chapter 2 of Arena's story mode that Seigfried is indeed Kate's father, which explains a lot of resemblances in their style.
- As a shadow beast, he has the same appearance as another shadow beast fought in Chapter 3, having only a corrupted Liquidators' sword as the weapon instead of claws.
- One of his attacks, which is similar to the claws' heavy attack when landed, gives a shadow effect. It is possibly because of the weight of the weapon and the height of his jump.
