Jewels of the North is the name of a special event in Shadow fight 3. This event spans for three weeks, from 22nd December 2021 to the 12th January 2021.


Initiation

Ling the blacksmith in the Dynasty capital, informs the player that the northerners hosts a New Year festival. The Sacred Tree gives people special powers; weapons that Northerners have held in their possession, the Relics of three tribes. The Tree is waiting for the Chosen One that will be able to bring out the true potential of the Relics.

Ling tells the player what glows inside his lantern is a shadow tar from the Sacred Tree, that it can open the gates of time to fight with festival's guardian.

Winning this fight will reward the player with 25 Shadow Seals, and a bonus card. Rewards only can be claimed once.

Special Ability

  • Anomaly Hunter Shadow dash

Ice Stalker takes reduced damage from any shadow abilities. When the player enters the shadow form, Ice Stalker will immediately enter shadow form (even if the shadow bar isn't full yet) and performs Dash shadow ability as a counter attack to the players to execute their first shadow ability.

Ironclad appears and comments after the player defeated the Ice Stalker, while he's dealing with some bots with a funny hat. Sven informs that Ice Stalker has been wandering through their forest since times unknown. Sven feels if the player is the Chosen One and gives to them. The Sacred Tree shows the player the history of the Fire Children, the player must fight their enemies, as the relics grow stronger along with player.

Sven tells that they will give the player with seals that is made from the tar of Sacred Tree as their prize.

Prey

Trial of Moles

Long time ago, the Northerners were Legionaries as well, in fact that they were in the same nation. But when Shadow came to their land, the Legionaries started worshipping Light and following his Precepts. But those who didn't obey were banished and escaped to North. In the this trial, the player will know how inhospital of this land can be.

Trial of Rats

The civil war between the Legionaries and Northerners lasted for one year. Many citizens supported the Northern ideal and hid the outcast at their homes. They hide inside the Fortress like cunning rats, and attacking the Queen's infrastructures when they could. When the Legionaries caught the Northern people, they took their revenge, and it went on, and continues. In the this Trial of Rats, the player will know the importance of timing in combat.

Trial of Lizards

The Northerners had wandered for ten years since they lost their home. A whole generation was born without a residence. They tried to claim the Fortress for long time, then they just left it, like a lizard leaves its tail. In this Trial of Lizard the player will learn how to exhaust the most persistent opponents.

Ironclad said that the Relic had some special powers, and he expresses his interest to add them to his collection. He claims that he felt that he would be the Chosen One as he states that he have huge talent for magical artifacts. The players will fight Ironclad, to prove if they are capable to become the Chosen One.

Predators

Trial of Predators

The player and co. are met by Sarge, whom Ling states to have noble Drevar ancestry. Sarge fights the player, in order to get his hands on the Seals.

The fight is simillar to the boss fight with Sarge, except the difficulty depends on the power of the player's equipped weapon, Sarge is not having any quotes during the battle, and features an ascension style reward system simillar to traditional events, which rewards the player once for winning the 1st round and for winning the entire fight.

Trial of the Wolf

The player must now fight in the three trials based on predator animals around which the three tribes are based on, as a part of the festival to find the chosen one. The first is the trial of the wolf, which is based on the Hand of Fire knife. This part of the event explores the relationship of the northerners with wolves, whose qualities the northerners have inherited. The trial is a survival fight with six rounds, with the player receiving special buffs before each round. The player must win all rounds in order to complete the trial. The difficulty of the fight and the player's resistance to the fight rules will depend on the power level of the player's equipped event weapon. The player will be rewarded with Shadow seals depending on the amount of rounds won, and also feature several one time rewards, simillarly to ascension style fights. Completing the trial for the first time will reward the player with Amber Seals, which are required to upgrade the rarity of the Event Weapons. Unlike previous fights, the player is required to have a rare Hand of Fire in order to participate.

Trial of the Fox

The second predator trial is themed around predator animals, as a part of the festival to find the chosen one. The second is the trial of the fox, which is based on the Mind of Ice Ninjato. This part of the event explores the southerner's mastery of shadow energy, and the various reasons for it. The trial is a survival fight with six rounds, with the player receiving special buffs before each round.The player must win all rounds in order to complete the trial. The difficulty of the fight and the player's resistance to the fight rules will depend on the power level of the player's equipped event weapon. The player will be rewarded with Shadow seals depending on the amount of rounds won, and also feature several one time rewards, simillarly to ascension style fights. Completing the trial for the first time will reward the player with Amber Seals, which are required to upgrade the rarity of the Event Weapons. Unlike previous fights, the player is required to have a rare Mind of Ice in order to participate.

This part of event explores the endurance of the dynasty, and the northerners'relationship with the dynasts. . The trial is a survival fight with six rounds, with the player receiving special buffs before each round.The player must win all rounds in order to complete the trial. The difficulty of the fight and the player's resistance to the fight rules will depend on the power level of the player's equipped event weapon. The player will be rewarded with Shadow seals depending on the amount of rounds won, and also feature several one time rewards, simillarly to ascension style fights. Completing the trial for the first time will reward the player with Amber Seals, which are required to upgrade the rarity of the Event Weapons. Trial of the Healer

The clan war between the shepherds and wolves took place as soon as they settled in the woodlands. They were known for their bravery and stubbornness. The shepherds always treated the people in need with kindness, so they were often thought of as the ruling clan by the northerners, although they never had any intention of ruling anyone. The people of the wolven clan hated this, as they wanted to have the authority to decide who gets their daily meal and who does not. The player will learn the nature of such people in this trial, along with their outlook towards the world.

Trial of the Assassin

The dynasts thought the northerners which plants were edible and which ones were poisonous. The clan war had deepened their knowledge of the woodland flora and fauna. The northerners still grieve about how they eradicated their dynastian brothers with poisoned weapons. In the trial of the assassin, the player and the northerners look back at the pain that the northerner's actions had caused themselves.

Fire Seals

Seals made of the shadow tar of Sacred Tree. There are three types of seals that players can obtain;

  • Shadow Seals: Commonly obtained after winning a trial type fight. These seals is required to upggrade weapons level.


  • Amber Seals: A rare seals that can be obtained by winning a trial fight as milestone. These seals is required to upgrade weapons rarity after reaching level 10.


  • Fire Seals: The rarest seal that can only obtained either by defeating the boss of the event, the Battle Pass at tier 50, or by purchasing an offer. This seal is required to purchase the event weapon.

Event Weapon

Unlike other events, this event features different rule that the player can choose one of three weapon available in option, Hand of Fire Knife, Mind of Ice Ninjato and Immortal Heart Sanjiegun. The difficulty of the fights in this event is also determined by these weapons power recommendation is available.

Marathons

Predator's Marathon

Predator's Marathon is available for the players. The player will get a number of marathon points after winning trials. They can use the marathon points to redeem various prizes from the predator's marathon.

The marathon points will not be reduced if a prize is redeemed, and all the prizes can only be redeemed one-time.

Elemental Marathon

Elemental Marathon is available for the players. The player will get a number of marathon points after winning trials. They can use the marathon points to redeem various prizes from the elemental marathon.

The marathon points will not be reduced if a prize is redeemed, and all the prizes can only be redeemed one-time.

Battle Pass

There are 50 tiers in the Battle Pass, with each tier requiring 200 points - 10,000 points are needed to complete the Battle Pass. The players will get points by completing quests, each of them requiring the player to use all the event weapons. The tier is divided into Free and Premium version. As the names suggest, rewards in Free tiers can be claimed for free, while Premium tiers contain better rewards but require the player to unlock them before the rewards can be claimed. The player can unlock Premium tiers by purchasing them with a set price.

The player can obtain battle pass points by completing special event Quests, which reward 200 battle pass points each. There are three special quests available every day.

The main rewards in the Battle Pass are as follow:

  • Bad Okada Unique set at the Free Pass tiers.
  • Anomaly Hunter Legendary set in the Premium Pass tiers.
  • Leash and Circumvention, Legendary Special Move, which are available in Free and Premium Pass respectively at tiers 46.
  • Ice Stalker, the skin for Anomaly Hunter set, available at Tier 48 in the Premium Pass.
  • Fire Seal, which can be used to purchase one event weapon, available at Tier 50 in the Premium Pass.
