Level 1: Caution
- The user's defense is increased by 25%.
- The user's ranged weapon damage is increased by 100%.
Level 2: King of Poisons
- Mystery of Bloom
- Instead of shadow energy, the user gains Bloom energy when dealing and receiving damage. Bloom energy gain is 55% slower and perks that affect shadow energy have no effect on the user. The user starts the fight with an empty Bloom bar, but any accumulated energy is carried over between rounds. The user has access to Bloom Moves at the start of the round. Bloom Moves do not consume any energy, nor do they require any energy to be activated. The Bloom bar will never deplete and once filled, will stay full for the entire duration of the fight.
- Bloom Moves are grouped into pairs; the user can use one move from one pair at a time. If the user attempts to use a Bloom Move among a pair, the other Move's cooldown is set to 6 seconds if its cooldown is less than 6 or has no active cooldown. The official cooldown for all Moves is 12 seconds.
- The available Bloom moves are:
- Gaze of Terror (
): The user stuns the opponent with their gaze, dealing 10% shadow damage and applying Taipan's Bites on them. The opponent is slowed for 0.7 seconds, after which they are paralyzed for 2 seconds.
- Ivy (
): The user slams the ground, dealing 13.5% shadow damage around them, then summons 2 vines that travel straight and deal 9% shadow damage, and apply Taipan's Bites to the opponent on impact.
- Basilisk's Trail (
): The user throws a flask to activate a poison cloud that deals 6% true damage to the opponent over 2.7 seconds and applies Taipan's Bites on them.
- Cobra Throw (
): Similar to Slide, the user rolls, dealing 14% shadow damage to the opponent and applying Taipan's Bites on them.
- Gaze of Terror & Basilisk's Gaze form one pair; Cobra Throw and Ivy form the other pair.
- Serpent Bearer: The user deals 33% less damage with Bloom Moves, weapon attacks, ranged weapon attacks and unarmed attacks. 35% of the damage dealt by the user is converted into
Bites, which cause the opponent to take 1% true damage over 1 second for each active Bite they have. Applying a new Bite of a particular type refreshes the duration of that active Bite. 100% of the damage dealt by Poison perks (either applied through the Poison perk or Secret Ritual perk) is converted into Bites of the corresponding types. The opponent can have a maximum of 20 Bites of one type active. Bites are categorized into four types, based on the colour of their icon:
- Cobra's Bites: Applied through weapon attacks.
- Krait's Bites: Applied through unarmed attacks and Poison Skin perk.
- Gyurza's Bites: Applied through ranged weapon attacks and Poison Cloud.
- Taipan's Bites: Applied through Bloom Moves.
- Mystical Growth: When the Bloom energy bar is filled to 25%, Gaze of Terror and Ivy can be used. When the Bloom energy bar is filled to 50%, the user gains access to the Precious Scales ability. When it is 75%, the user gains access to the Compassionate Bloom ability and when it is full, the user automatically activates the Royal Lotus ability.
- Precious Scales: Upon reaching 50% Bloom energy, the user instantly gains 6 charges (layers) of
Precious Scales, which increase their overall defense by 33% for each active Scale.
- One layer is lost if the user receives a successful hit from the opponent.
- Every 5 seconds, one layer is restored.
- Compassionate Bloom: When the Bloom energy bar is filled to 75%, the Compassionate Bloom ability is instantly activated, which causes the user to restore 1% health every 0.5 seconds, and an additional 0.01% for each active Bite on the opponent.
- Death Mark: A Death Mark (stack of 66x
) is applied on the opponent at the start of every round for 7 seconds. Death Mark increases the effect of Intoxication when activated.
- Intoxication
- The user gains access to the unique ability Intoxication, when the opponent has either a Death Mark or any active Bites on them. By pressing the
button, the user will choke on the opponent telekinetically and stuns them for 3 seconds, after which the Intoxication activates.
- Intoxication activates Bites on the opponent, removes all active Bites they have and instantly deals 13.5% shadow damage, plus an additional 275% of the damage they would otherwise take from all active Bites that was applied on them.
- When Intoxication is activated, the opponent is inflicted with a Curse based on the type of Bite they had the most at the time it was activated. If two or more number of Bites had the same number active simultaneously, then the last applied Bite's Curse is activated instead. Each Curse will last for 15 seconds.
- Cobra's Curse: Prevents the opponent from blocking.
- Krait's Curse: The opponent has a 25% chance of getting knocked down by performing any action.
- Gyurza's Curse: The opponent's entire defense is reduced by 30%.
- Taipan's Curse: The opponent loses 100% of shadow energy every 1 second.
- If a Death Mark was active at the time of activating Intoxication, the opponent will take an additional 66% shadow damage.
- After use, the ability will undergo cooldown for 16 seconds.
- Intoxication's damage is reduced in Duels game mode.
- Royal Lotus: When the user reaches 100% Bloom energy, Royal Lotus is automatically activated. When it is activated, Intoxication is automatically triggered without removing any active Bites from the opponent and the ability will not undergo cooldown.
- Emperor's Tears: The user has a 20% chance to drop a vial of poison whenever they are attacked by the opponent, which leaves a poisonous puddle on the ground for 20 seconds.
- The user will take 10% true damage over 5 seconds if they step into the puddle and then restore 25% of their maximum health over 10 seconds.
- The user cannot take any damage from more than one puddle at a time, however another puddle can be activated when their health is regenerating.
- The opponent takes 28% shadow damage if they step into a puddle over 15 seconds and will get affected with Gyurza's Bites. Multiple puddles can affect the opponent.
- Warlock's Flask: The user's ranged weapon deals 9% ranged physical damage to the opponent, applying Gyurza's Bites on them, and summoning a Poison Cloud at the impact location which deals 300% of the damage dealt by the hit to them inside it as true damage over 8 seconds, applying additional Gyurza's Bites on them.
Level 3: Greedy Poison
- An additional 12% of the damage dealt by the user is converted into Bites. In total, 47% of the damage dealt by the user is converted into Bites.
Level 4: Menace of the Swamps
- Controlled Intoxication: Now, when the user uses Intoxication, only the Bite that applies the Curse is removed instead of all Bites. The number of active Bites of other types on the opponent is reduced by 75%.
- Aura of Anguish: When the user's Bloom energy bar reaches 33% or more, they are surrounded by an Aura of Anguish, which nullifies the opponent's critical hits and applies a stack of
Anguish on the opponent for 1.5 seconds for every 1 second. Each stack of Anguish reduces the damage dealt by the opponent by 2%, and by applying a new stack, the duration of all active stacks of Anguish is refreshed. If the opponent does not receive any new stacks of Anguish within 1 second, they lose 1 stack every 0.5 seconds. The maximum number of stacks that can be active is 40.
- Deadly Ivy: Now, when the user uses Ivy, they summon 2 additional vines. This only works when the user has 66% or more Bloom energy.
- Deep Trace: When the user uses Basilisk's Trail, a poisonous puddle effect is applied beneath the opponent on hit. This only works when the user has 66% or more Bloom energy.
Level 5: Painful Intoxication
- Intoxication damage is increased by 375%.
- Intoxication cooldown is reduced by 9 seconds, thus reducing Intoxication's cooldown from 16 seconds to 7 seconds.
Level 6: Sigil of the Collection
- Cursed Rain: Now, at the start of every round, the ranged attack button is replaced by a new ability, Cursed Rain, By pressing the
button, the user throws a flask upwards, which explodes into a rain of poison. This consumes all ranged weapon charges and activates for 10 seconds.
- Every 0.5 seconds, a random Bite is applied on the opponent while Cursed Rain is active.
- After 3 seconds following activation, the ground becomes Infected for 15 seconds. If the opponent stands over an Infected ground, they gain a stack of
Infection every 1 second. Each active Infection deals 2% true damage to the opponent over 20 seconds.
- After Cursed Rain ends, it is replaced by the ranged weapon.
- Cursed Rain is less effective in the Duels game mode.
- Inescapable Lotus: Royal Lotus is activated every 18 seconds after the user fills the Bloom energy bar to 100%.
- Essence Leech: Aura of Anguish now deals an additional 1% true damage to the opponent, plus an additional 0.05% true damage for each active Anguish, each time the user has applied a new stack of Anguish, or every 1 second if they already have the maximum number of Anguish stacks.
- The user heals for 100% of the damage dealt by this effect.
- Even Intoxication: Intoxication will not remove the Bites that applied a Curse upon activation or the Bites that weren't used for a Curse activation, but will instead evenly distribute them to Bites of other types.
Set Exclusive Stances (from level 2)
- At the start of every round, the user slowly rises up to hiss and unleash a poisonous aura around them, applying the Death Mark whilst the poison drips from their shuang gou.
