Difficulties are the ratings of the power of opponents relative to the player's power in the Modes of Play in Shadow Fight 2. They range from Easy to Impossible. Some Modes of Play have a fixed difficulty like Duels or varying difficulty depending on the person's equipment status and skill level. Challenger fights are always at first presented at Insane (or impossible) difficulty, however the player can reduce this by equipping superior gear. The difficulties of all Modes of Play can be lowered to easy except that of Survival, which depends heavily on both skill level and equipment status. Most Modes of Play display the difficulty on the panel on the map except:
Easy ranked fights indicate that either the player's equipment is far more advanced than necessary, or that the challenge can be beaten with basic skills and moves. The filled section of the bar will be colored in green.
Normal ranked fights indicate that the player's equipment is sufficient, or the challenge can be beaten with a small amount of skills and expertise this hard than easy. The filled section of the bar will be colored in yellow.
Hard ranked fights indicate that the player's equipment is adequate, but requires a decent amount of skills to beat. The filled section of the bar will be colored in orange.
Insane ranked fights typically indicate that the player's equipment is not sufficient, and that the challenge requires a high level of skills and good utilization of combined moves. The filled section of the bar will be colored in red.
Impossible ranked fights indicate that either your equipment is very poor and the enemy in that fight can easily kill you with one hit, or that the challenge requires an expert level of skill and combined moves. It is still technically possible to emerge victorious in an Impossible ranked battle, however it will be very difficult. The whole bar will be filled in purple.
