I can't remember the details, but the person who answered the questions is Vitaliy Aleksashin, the man behind the lore of Shadow Fight games, who was also responsible for the scripting and dialogues in Shadow Fight 2 and its Special Edition ;)

So far, that's the only QnA we have currently. At least from this Wiki. There is one QnA from a Russian fan community in VK from maybe 3 years ago, you can check it here. Although it's obviously in Russian, but auto-translate should the job. Some answers are about the background of SF2 development, while the others are explaining the lore of SF2. One of the answered question is "are the bosses were originally demons". They also explained who are Titan's bodyguards actually and what is the Eternals' Sphere.
